00:00:27: I'm grateful that you are here today.

00:00:31: Welcome into the sacred space A place of stillness a place of remembrance... ...a place where you're allowed to set down the noise for little while.

00:00:52: Take slow breaths in and out Feel ground beneath your body Feel yourself here because today we are speaking about something many sensitive souls quietly carry, Something ancient.

00:01:21: Something deeply human.

00:01:25: Something felt long before it was ever spoken.

00:01:30: Today We speak about energy About protection About spiritual boundaries About carrying things that never belonged to us.

00:01:47: And about finding our way back, To our own center.

00:01:55: Perhaps you know this feeling You spend time with someone and afterward something feels different heavier clouded restless... You walk through a crowded place and suddenly your thoughts no longer feels entirely your own.

00:02:24: You enter a room and immediately sense tension, sadness fear without anyone saying a single word.

00:02:39: or maybe you wake exhausted despite sleeping all night as though something unseen has been asking something from you.

00:02:54: many spiritually sensitive people know these moments.

00:03:00: Ancient traditions across many lands carried an understanding human beings are not only body, Not Only mind ,not only flesh.

00:03:16: we our presence breath memory spirit energy and perhaps sometimes without realizing it We carry things we were never meant to carry.

00:03:38: Some people absorb emotions like river absorbed rain, fear stress restlessness sorrow conflict.

00:03:55: not because they are weak Because there open sensitive souls often more through life feeling modern words the atmosphere inside a room.

00:04:13: The heaviness, besides someone's smile the exhaustion hidden beneath kindness Over time...the line begins to blur.

00:04:28: You no longer know where another person energy ends and where your begins.

00:04:36: Some traditions speak about lingering emotional residue Energy left behind in places Homes carrying years of conflict, rooms carrying grief Spaces touched by pain.

00:04:59: Some traditions speak of energetic courts Invisible connections formed through deep relationships some nourishing, some draining, some difficult to release.

00:05:18: Others speaks about spiritual heaviness Old sorrow unspoken pain, collective fear.

00:05:30: Things carried so long they quietly settle into the body.

00:05:37: Not everything moving through your inner world belongs entirely to you and awareness of this is not fear.

00:05:49: Awareness is wisdom.

00:05:53: Fear closes us.

00:05:57: Wisdom teaches us where to stand.

00:06:03: Perhaps you have always been sensitive.

00:06:07: Perhaps it felt different as a child, feeling emotions before words were spoken Feeling overwhelmed in crowded places Needing silence Needing nature Feeling everything deeply.

00:06:30: Some souls move through life with very open fields and the openness is beautiful.

00:06:39: but openness without grounding can become exhausting.

00:06:45: Ancient spiritual traditions often describe moments where it becomes softer, more open grief loss profound transformation trauma birth death spiritual serenity deep ritual moments were life cracks something open inside us, not dangerous.

00:07:22: Simply vulnerable like standing beside a doorway between worlds.

00:07:32: and when we are deeply open We sometimes absorb more than we realize.

00:07:39: this is why grounding matters again And Again returning to the body Returning to breath returning to earth Because sensitivity is not weakness.

00:07:55: Sensitivity is medicine, but medicine asks for care.

00:08:04: There's another layer Something many people quietly feel Collective energy.

00:08:14: Sometimes you feel heavy without knowing why.

00:08:19: Restless Disconnected Drained.

00:08:26: Ancient wisdom Traditions often spoke about shared emotional fields.

00:08:32: Fear moves, tension moves conflict moves human beings influence one another.

00:08:45: sensitive people often carry pieces of the collective without realizing it and if you never return to yourself You slowly lose your own rhythm Your own center, your own voice.

00:09:08: Which brings us to something found across many ancient traditions Something whispered across generations The evil eye A belief carried across deserts Mountains Villages Sacred traditions A belief older than modern language The understanding that attention carries energy, then not every gaze arrives in peace.

00:09:48: Some traditions believe jealousy, envy, resentment or unresolved heaviness could move beyond words – Not because someone is evil!

00:10:11: but because intention moves, attention moves energy moves.

00:10:22: Across many cultures people wear symbols of protection blue stones amulets prayers sacred markings.

00:10:35: not from fear from the remembrance a reminder that what is sacred inside us deserves care.

00:10:52: Some people describe feeling unsettled after certain encounters, sudden exhaustion mental fog unusual heaviness feeling strangely disconnected from themselves.

00:11:12: and whether someone understands the evil eye spiritually symbolically or energetically one teaching remains Protect what is sacred within you, not through fear.

00:11:33: Through awareness.

00:11:37: Some traditions speak about forms of spiritual heaviness lingering emotional energy energetic quarts collective sorrow spiritual residue ancestral burdens unfinished emotional patterns.

00:12:03: Other speaks about wandering energies.

00:12:07: Not evil, not monsters... ...not horror stories Simply unresolved Lost Seeking rest And whatever language people choose The deeper wisdom remains Return to yourself Again and again.

00:12:33: So how do we protect ourselves?

00:12:36: Not through wars Not through fear.

00:12:39: Protection begins with presence, before entering crowd places.

00:12:48: Pause.

00:12:50: Breath.

00:12:53: Feel your feet.

00:12:55: Feel you body.

00:12:57: Feel the earth beneath you.

00:13:02: Some traditions imagine roots deep beneath their feet anchoring into the Earth steady ancient.

00:13:16: Others imagine light.

00:13:20: Not a shield built from fear, A field of remembrance.

00:13:26: Soft Golden Alive Open to love Close what does not belong.

00:13:40: Some traditions work with smoke Sacred herbs Opening windows Moving stagnant energy.

00:13:50: Others work with water washing hand intentionally, bathing standing beneath a shower imagining heaviness leaving the body.

00:14:04: some sit beside trees.

00:14:07: Some drum...some pray.. some sing.... some speak word aloud I release what does not belong to me.

00:14:20: i return my own center.

00:14:23: I call my energy back to myself.

00:14:27: And sometimes the strongest protection is surprisingly simple sleep, food rest nature because exhausted souls struggle to hold boundaries and after difficult encounters return.

00:14:52: walk outside.

00:14:54: touch the earth.

00:14:56: Wash your hands slowly.

00:14:59: Open windows, breath deeply.

00:15:03: Place both hands over your heart.

00:15:07: Close your eyes and ask gently What belongs to me?

00:15:15: And what does not?

00:15:19: You do not need to carry every storm you don't need to absorb Every sorrow.

00:15:28: Compassion doesn't require self-abandonment.

00:15:34: sensitive souls often believe love means carrying everything.

00:15:41: it does not.

00:15:44: Love walks beside, love witnesses, love supports.

00:15:53: but love doesn't disappear itself.

00:15:58: take a slow breath another.

00:16:04: feel your energy returning.

00:16:08: fill you space becoming clear Soft as morning mist, steady as ancient stone.

00:16:18: Feel yourself here now.

00:16:24: Imagine light gathering around you Not forced not controlled Alive Ancient Quiet.

00:16:37: Feel your ancestors beside You Your guides Your power Your breath.

00:16:47: Feel yourself returning again and again to your center, to you body.

00:16:54: To your own sacred ground because what belongs to You will remain.

00:17:03: What does not belong may live peacefully?

00:17:08: You belong to Yourself!

00:17:11: You belong the earth... ...you belong to your own light.

00:17:19: And if one day life feels too good to loud To heavy, to crowded.

00:17:27: Return!

00:17:29: Return to breath, return to silence.

00:17:33: Returned to the drum, returned to stillness.

00:17:38: Return home.
